The fund application report refers to the report prepared by the project investor to obtain government fund support (government investment, free subsidies, incentives, re lending and loan discount), special financial fund support, international financial organizations or foreign government loans.
The function of the fund application report is to answer to the government about the financial feasibility of the project and the impact and contribution of the project to the economy, society, resources, environment, etc. from the perspective of the rationality of the use of funds.

(7) Statement that the project unit is responsible for the authenticity of the content of the fund application report and the attached documents;
(8) Other documents required by the Development and Reform Commission.
2. Fund application report of high-tech industrialization project
According to the Interim Measures for the Administration of National High tech Industrial Development Projects, national high-tech industrialization projects, national major technical equipment research and development projects and major industrial technology development projects, national industrial technological innovation capacity building projects, national high-tech industrial technology upgrading and structural adjustment projects and other national high-tech industrial development projects, When applying for the use of national or local government investment fund subsidies, a fund application report shall be prepared.
3. Fund application report of international financial organization loan project
According to the Interim Measures for the Administration of Investment Projects Financed by Loans from International Financial Organizations and Foreign Governments, projects funded by loans from international financial organizations such as the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the International Fund for Agricultural Development, and foreign government loans, as well as grants and joint financing mixed with loans, are included in the foreign loan alternative project planning and approved After the approval or filing procedures, the project user shall submit the project fund application report to the relevant departments as required.
