The feasibility study report is a report that we need to make before implementing a project, which is particularly important for our whole project. In order to ensure the scientificity, objectivity and impartiality of the feasibility study, and to effectively prevent errors and omissions, we need to share the requirements of the feasibility study report for everyone.
1. First of all, we must stand in an objective and fair position to conduct research and collect basic data. The basic data we collected must be demonstrated and evaluated according to the objective reality.
2. The depth of the content of the feasibility study report must meet the national standards, the basic content must be complete, and as much data as possible should be possessed, instead of rough manufacturing and formalism. Let's talk about the four key points we should grasp in practice:
① First demonstrate, then make a decision;
② Handle well Project Proposal , feasibility study and evaluation. If any stage is found to be infeasible, the study should be stopped;
③ We should carry out investigation and research from beginning to end. We must master some practical and reliable data to ensure the comprehensiveness, importance, objectivity and continuity of data selection;
④ Compare multiple schemes and select the best one. For projects involving foreign countries, or projects that must be integrated with foreign countries under the pressure of external factors such as joining the WTO, the content and depth of the feasibility study should be as international as possible.
