The key equipment and supporting equipment of the production line of the project are proposed to be all domestic advanced equipment.

3. Construction site

The construction site is located in Niejia Village, Qianhan Township, the western suburb of Linxia City. It is a major productive project in Linxia Industrial Demonstration Park (western area). The area is unobstructed with convenient transportation. The power and water supply are guaranteed, and the construction conditions are good. The plant covers an area of 61810 m2, about 92.7 mu. The construction site has flat terrain and good geological conditions.

4. Main raw materials, fuel and power supply

1) Raw materials: The main raw materials of this project are live animals, beef cattle, which are supplied by the local market. In 2001, there were 288600 cattle on hand and 59500 cattle on sale in Linxia Prefecture. The raw materials needed for this project can be guaranteed.

2) Coal: 580 tons of coal is required for this project, which is supplied by Jingyuan Coal Mine.

3) Water: The annual production and living water consumption of the project is 99700m3, which is supplied by the plant's own water source and the urban water company respectively. The water quality meets the drinking water standard.

4) Electricity: the new installed capacity of this project is 916.77 KW, and 800KVA is required. The power supply is supplied by 155 # line of Qianhan Power Supply Station of Linxia State Power Supply Bureau, and the power supply voltage is 10 KV.

5) Steam: This project plans to add one SZL4-1.25-AII steam boiler and one set of steam water heat exchange equipment for heating.

5. Environmental protection

This project is for cattle and sheep food processing. During the production process, no harmful additives are added and no toxic substances are produced. The main pollutants are boiler flue gas, cleaning wastewater, sewage and waste residue.

1) Sewage

The production sewage produced by the project mainly comes from the production process. The sewage does not contain toxic substances, but has a high content of organic matter and suspended solids. It can only be discharged after being treated to meet the standards. The production wastewater mainly comes from the refrigeration room and boiler room. The wastewater does not contain toxic and harmful substances. The refrigeration wastewater can be discharged directly. The boiler blowdown water can be discharged after sedimentation treatment in the blowdown cooling tank. Domestic sewage is discharged into the plant sewage treatment station after sedimentation and digestion in septic tank.

2) Waste gas

3) Waste residue

The waste slag is mainly the leather and slag produced by the production process and the coal-fired slag produced by the boiler. The annual maximum amount of leather and slag is 2000t/y. The leather and slag and cattle bones can be directly sold to relevant enterprises as production materials.

The annual output of boiler slag is 74 tons, which can be used as building materials and transported out regularly.

6. Project personnel quota

The total personnel quota of the project is 85.

7. Project schedule suggestions

The construction period of this project is initially set as one year from the date when the funds are available.

8. Project investment

The total investment of the project is 38.055 million yuan. Among them, the total investment in fixed assets is 32.05 million yuan, and the initial working capital is 6 million yuan.

9. Main technical and economic indicators

10. Research conclusion

1) The project makes full use of the rich local animal husbandry resources, gives full play to the market advantages of the local animal product distribution center, highlights the characteristics of Muslim special needs, and produces refined beef and mutton products that meet the market demand, which is conducive to promoting the transformation of animal husbandry resources into economic advantages and promoting the local economic development of ethnic minorities, The project conforms to the spirit of the provincial government's notice on accelerating the regional economic and social development, the construction conforms to the national industrial policy, and the requirements of the strategic direction of the western development of our province.

2) The construction conditions of the project are good, and the raw materials supply is sufficient. The construction of the project can further expand the local sales market of beef and mutton products, improve the overall production level of livestock product processing industry, increase the income of herdsmen, and also add a number of employment pipelines to absorb laid-off workers. The social benefits of the project are good.

3) The process route of the project is reasonable, the technology is mature and reliable, the equipment selection is of domestic advanced level, and the product scheme fully considers the demand of market changes. The process technology scheme conforms to the local reality, and has strong operability.

4) After the completion of the project, the annual sales revenue can be increased by 82 million yuan, the total profit is about 13.42 million yuan, and the sales tax is about 5.4 million yuan. The technical and economic analysis results show that the project benefits well, and all evaluation indicators are higher than the industry benchmark. The project is economically feasible.

11. Suggestion:

1) The project has good construction conditions, sufficient resources and mature technology. The smooth implementation of the project mainly depends on the implementation of funds. It is suggested that the project undertaking enterprises should strengthen the coordination of multi-channel financing and actively strive for support funds from relevant departments to ensure that the project funds are in place in time.

2) This project is a meat food processing project, with strict hygiene and quarantine requirements. It is suggested that enterprises should implement relevant measures of the health quarantine system in accordance with the standards of export food factories and warehouses from the project preparation stage, get familiar with and master the relevant regulations and normative requirements, go through relevant procedures, and conduct personnel training to ensure that the products can enter the domestic and foreign markets smoothly after the completion of the project.
