1. For fixed asset investment projects with an annual comprehensive energy consumption of more than 3000 tons of standard coal (including 3000 tons of standard coal, and the power conversion coefficient is based on the equivalent value, the same below), or an annual power consumption of more than 5 million kilowatt hours, or an annual oil consumption of more than 1000 tons, or an annual natural gas consumption of more than 1 million cubic meters, a separate energy conservation assessment report shall be prepared.

For fixed asset investment projects with an annual comprehensive energy consumption of 1000 to 3000 tons of standard coal (excluding 3000 tons, the same below), or an annual power consumption of 2 million to 5 million kilowatt hours, or an annual oil consumption of 500 to 1000 tons, or an annual natural gas consumption of 500000 to 1 million cubic meters, a separate energy conservation assessment report should be prepared

Introduction to the list of data to be provided by the project party
1. Detailed introduction of the project construction unit;

2. Detailed introduction of the project;

3. Project engineering design scheme (including general layout, building scheme, process flow, equipment list, etc.);

4. The municipal facilities in the project site, including water (water supply, drainage, rainwater, reclaimed water), heating, electricity, gas, telecommunications and other facts;

5. Energy consumption equipment list, equipment energy consumption description and other data;

6. Use scheme: including HVAC, water supply and drainage, building, electrical, etc;

7. Description of system monitoring and management after the completion of the project. Prepare energy saving report and evaluate/review energy saving report.
