The safety assessment shall be divided into three stages: preparation, implementation and preparation of assessment report.

1. The preparatory work shall include the following:

a) Determine the object and scope of this assessment, and prepare the construction safety assessment plan.

b) Prepare relevant laws, regulations, standards, rules, specifications and other data required for the safety assessment of the project construction.

c) The evaluation organizer shall submit relevant materials, stating the evaluation purpose, evaluation content, evaluation method, list of required data (including drawings, documents, data, archives, data), plan for planned on-site inspection, and other matters requiring cooperation of all units.

d) The evaluated party shall prepare the data required by the evaluation organizer in advance.

2. The implementation evaluation shall include the following contents:

a) Review the engineering construction technology and management data provided by relevant units.

b) According to the pre proposed site inspection plan, check whether the safety management of the Project Construction Department, the safety implementation of construction technology, the safety management of the construction environment, and the safety control of monitoring and early warning are in place and meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and evaluate and score according to the relevant provisions of this standard.

c) Calculate the total score of safety assessment and divide the safety level.

d) On the basis of the above work, the assessment organizer puts forward safety assessment conclusions and prepares Lanzhou Safety assessment report 。

3. The evaluation report shall be prepared in accordance with the following provisions:

a) The content of the evaluation report should be comprehensive and clear, the data should be complete, the suggestions should be feasible, and the evaluation conclusions should be objective and fair; The text should be concise and accurate, and the argument should be clear, which is conducive to reading and review.

b) The main contents of the evaluation report shall include: basic information of the evaluation object, evaluation scope and evaluation focus, safety evaluation results and safety management level, safety countermeasures and suggestions, photos of problems on the construction site, and clear rectification time limit.

c) The safety assessment report should use paper carrier and electronic carrier.
