After the product is put into use, on the one hand, it can save 8%~12% of the manufacturing cost, about 12% of the energy consumption and 20% of the construction land for the user; On the other hand, it can reduce the emission of smoke and dust, and the dusted powder and coal ash can also be used as new building materials for comprehensive utilization.

3、 Process route and scheme
(1) Process route: This product technology comes from the Environmental Protection Research Institute of Lanzhou Electric Power Repair Factory, which is a self-developed product. Its main production process flow is boiler combustion → flue gas → electrostatic precipitator (purifying flue gas and collecting dust) → emission (purified air).
