1. General
(1) Origin of environmental impact assessment project
Explain the whole process of the project establishment, the approval unit and documents, the entrustment of the evaluation project, and the overview of the completion of the evaluation work.

(4) Evaluation criteria
The environmental protection standards determined by the local environmental protection department according to the local environmental conditions shall be listed in the environmental impact report. When classifying or grading in the standard, it shall indicate which category or level to implement. The assessment standards shall generally include environmental quality standards such as atmospheric environment, water environment, soil, environmental noise, and pollutant emission standards. (5) Evaluation scope
The assessment scope can be listed by air environment, surface water environment, groundwater environment, environmental noise, soil and ecological environment, and the reasons for determining the assessment scope shall be briefly described. (6) Pollution control and environmental protection objectives
It should be pointed out whether there are any pollution sources that need to be specially controlled in the construction project, mainly those with large emissions or toxic emissions.
