(6) Government institutions - aligned with the goals, policies and legislation of the entire country.
(7) Financial institution - the loan is safe, and the payment is made on the scheduled date. The project can provide higher returns and pay off debts on schedule.
(8) Utility management department - put forward the requirements for services in time to minimize the interference of project construction.
(9) Social public - there is no social risk, pollution and public nuisance during the construction period, and there is no harmful impact on the external environment during the operation period of the project. The project has social benefits, and the products or services produced are of good quality and reasonable price.
