2、 Implementation time and subject of project post evaluation

The Measures for the Administration of Post evaluation of Projects Invested by the Central Government requires that the project unit shall submit the self-assessment report to the National Development and Reform Commission within two years after the project is completed, accepted and put into use or operated. The project unit can entrust an engineering consulting agency with corresponding qualifications to prepare a self-assessment report, and the project unit is responsible for the authenticity of the self-assessment report and relevant attachments.
According to the annual plan of post project evaluation, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusts qualified engineering consulting institutions to undertake post project evaluation.
The engineering consulting agency and its personnel undertaking the post project evaluation shall not charge any fees from the project unit. The cost for the project unit to prepare the self-assessment report shall be disbursed from the unforeseen expenses of the investment project.
（2） Organization and management of post evaluation of investment projects of central enterprises
