Macro review refers to the review of industrial policies, access to comprehensive benefits, etc. The technical review is to review the construction scale, process flow, project proposal demand, investment estimate, economic benefits, supporting industries and other project engineering technology. 3、 The project scheme submitted to the Bureau of Land and Resources for approval.   
Land resources are more about examining whether the nature of the project land is legal, whether it is consistent with the surrounding land resources, whether it has caused significant damage to the topography, and whether the land used has ancillary buildings that involve the demolition of residents, which are closely related to the scientific use of land.
