Lanzhou Environmental Impact Assessment Report Chapter setting should have hierarchy and logic
The guidelines are not so detailed, and some specific chapters need to be set by ourselves. I don't want to talk about logic here, and I didn't understand it, but the setting of chapters is really related to logic. For example, if it is an inclusive relationship, it should not be described in parallel; Different contents shall be classified and described; The chapter title should correspond to the content displayed, etc.
"Public works" is a part of "Overview of Proposed Project", but it does not have to be described in parallel with "Overview of Proposed Project" and "Engineering Analysis";
The "total investment and borrowing plan of the proposed project", which is not important in the EIA, is at the forefront;
The two different logical classifications of main construction content and raw and auxiliary materials used in production are described together in subsection 3.1.3;
"Analysis of compliance with policies and plans" is placed in the "engineering analysis" chapter that has no logical relationship with it;
Add a section of "engineering characteristics analysis" that is not required by the guidelines and has no logical relationship with the contents before and after the report.
The structure of the whole report can be clearer and the overall expression can be clearer if the chapters are set in a hierarchical and logical way.
