Main contents of project construction, construction scale, adopted process route and technical characteristics, equipment selection and main technical and economic indicators, project bidding contents (applicable to projects applying for national investment subsidy of 5 million yuan and above), product market forecast, construction site, construction period and schedule, construction period management, etc;

5. Implementation of various construction conditions.
