1. Professional qualification of level evaluation related to project management

The professional qualification of level evaluation belongs to the non admittance category. Those who pass the examination and obtain the certificate shall be subject to the registration system management and incorporated into the unified plan of the national professional and technical personnel professional qualification certificate system.

At present, the professional qualification of level evaluation in the field of project management is mainly consulting engineer (investment).

(3) Management of consulting engineers (investment).

1) Registration services. The personnel who have obtained the level certificate and applied for registration shall select and can only select one engineering consulting unit as their practice unit at the same time. If the practice unit does not have the qualification of engineering consultation, the qualified personnel will obtain the pre registration qualification valid for one year.

2) Practice regulations. Consulting engineer (investment) can engage in the following engineering consulting business in the name of consulting engineer (investment):

·Planning consultation;

·Preparation Lanzhou Project Proposal ；

·Preparation Gansu Feasibility Study Report , project application report and Lanzhou Fund Application Report compose;

·Appraisal and consultation;

·Project management;

·Other engineering consulting services specified by the National Development and Reform Commission.
