1. Project Composition Table
(1) In combination with the project layout plan and project implementation content, it is classified by main works, auxiliary and public works, storage and transportation works, office and living;
(2) The construction content of each sub item of the project shall be listed in detail in the project composition table, and its scale or capacity shall be defined as far as possible;
(3) According to the construction period, operation period and even abandonment period, the environmental problems caused by each sub item of the project shall be analyzed in detail, and the types of waste water (liquid) and waste gas shall be described as far as possible;
(4) If possible, the proposed pollution control measures can be given in the project composition table;
(5) For reconstruction and expansion projects, it is necessary to identify which facilities are newly built, which are used, and which are reconstructed and expanded. Lanzhou Environmental Impact Assessment Report
2. Consumption of raw and auxiliary materials (including energy consumption)
(1) The name, specification, consumption and source of raw and auxiliary materials shall be stated;
(2) For hazardous chemicals, toxic and harmful substances, their physical and chemical properties shall be introduced; Coal composition shall be given when using coal.
3. List of Project Environmental Protection Measures and Investment Estimate
(1) Explain the location of pollutants, types of pollutants, disposal measures to be taken, and investment budget of each disposal measure;
(2) It shall include the costs for purchasing environmental protection instruments and equipment, standardizing sewage outlets, online monitoring, greening, and ecological restoration measures in other places;
(3) Resettlement and resettlement fees shall be listed separately (not included in the funds for environmental protection measures);
(4) It shall be noted in the list which environmental protection measures are to take the old with the new.
4. Statistical Table of "Three Wastes" Discharge of the Project
(1) . Give a comparison of pollutant emissions before and after the treatment measures are taken for wastewater, waste gas and waste residue of the project. The table contains the concentration and output of pollutants before treatment, the concentration and emission of pollutants after treatment, the reduction amount and the treatment efficiency;
(2) The reconstruction and expansion project should give "three accounts", namely: first, the existing emissions; Second, emissions from reconstruction and expansion projects; Third, the change of emissions of the whole plant after the implementation of the reconstruction and expansion project (including total emissions, increase and decrease, increase and decrease rate).
